bg remover is a free tool that removes the background from images. All image processing takes place locally in your web browser; images are not uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided for both personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any ownership over your images. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to do so.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, text, and branding, is owned by bg remover and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service itself without permission. The background-removal output that you generate from your own images belongs to you.

5. Free service and availability

The Service is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results obtained from the Service will meet your expectations or be accurate for every image.
